Refund Policy
Membership
When a refund may be considered and how to ask for one.
General rule
Deck membership payments are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or where we expressly agree otherwise. Nothing in this policy removes or limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
Requests we will review
- A duplicate charge for the same deck and billing period.
- A billing error or an unauthorized transaction reported promptly.
- A payment made after a cancellation request was confirmed.
- A material service failure that we cannot reasonably correct.
We review requests individually. Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund.
How to request a refund
- Email [email protected] from the account email address.
- Include your username, deck name, PayPal transaction or order ID, payment date, amount and the reason for the request.
- For unauthorized transactions, also contact PayPal or your bank promptly; we may need their case details.
Review and processing
We will confirm receipt, review the payment and deck history, and may ask for additional information. Approved refunds are returned through PayPal to the original payment method where possible. Processing time depends on PayPal and your bank.
We may decline a refund where the request is outside the circumstances above, where the service was used for the period, or where a refund would be inconsistent with applicable law.
Cancellation is separate
Cancelling a membership stops future renewal or further manual payments; it does not automatically refund a period already paid. See the Cancellation Policy.
Payment disputes
Please contact us first so we can investigate. You may also use PayPal’s dispute process or contact your bank. We will cooperate with valid consumer-protection and payment-network processes.
This policy does not remove or limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
